Privacy policy

Information you share

When you request an estimate, you can provide your name, phone number, email address, property location, project type, timing and project details. Please leave out passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers and other information that is not needed for your request.

We use the information in your request to contact you, understand the work you want, prepare an estimate and manage related project communications.

Website information

Website hosting and security services receive information such as network address, browser information and the requested web address to deliver and protect the site.

Google Analytics and our website usage service can collect page visits, clicks on links and estimate buttons, and whether a form request succeeded. Cookies and browser storage can connect visits and record referral or campaign information. The analytics events do not include the name, email, phone number, property address or project message entered in the estimate form.

Requests about your information

If you have a question about information you provided, or want to request access, a correction or deletion, contact us using the details below. Applicable law may provide additional rights. We may need to verify your request and retain records needed for legal obligations or an ongoing project.

Service providers and records

Website hosting, form delivery, customer-request management and analytics services process information needed for those functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security of the site and customer requests.

How long information is held depends on the request, any resulting project, business-record requirements and applicable law. Contact us if you want to ask about a particular request or record.

Other websites and changes

Links to review sites, maps and social networks take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their notices before sharing information with them.

We may update this notice when the website or its information practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
